Soy Candle Fundraising

Soy Candles are a great fundraising event and everyone loves candles.  Our candles are 100% all natural soy and bio-degradable.    

Dallas Soy Candles is an Approved Vendor with the following school districts in the DFW market:

Your organization earns 50% profit on every candle!!
Dallas Soy Candles are Triple Scented and made with premium soy wax.  Our triple scented soy candles are hand poured and made with a lead-free cotton wick.
 
We feature 3 types of candles for the your Fundraising Event:
The 8 oz Metal Tin Soy Candle sells for $11.00 and you earn $5.50 per candle.
The 11 oz Glass Tumbler Soy Candle sells for $14.00 and you earn $7.00 per candle.
The 16 oz Soy Candle sells for $18.00 and you earn $9.00 per candle.

8 oz Metal Tin Soy Candles:
100 candles = $550 profit
200 candles = $1,200 profit
500 candles = $3,000 profit

The 8 oz Metal Tin comes with a metal lid and is approximately 2 1/2" tall and 3" diameter.  It comes with one wick and burns approximately 40 hours.  Great travel tin!

11 oz Glass Tumbler Soy Candles:
100 candles = $700 profit
 200 candles = $1,400 profit
 500 candles = $3,500 profit

The 11 oz Glass Tumbler comes with a plastic cover. It is approximately 3 1/2" tall and 3" diameter.  The candle will burn approximately 55 hours.
  



16 oz Glass Jar with Flat Glass Lid
100 candles = $900 profit
200 candles = $1,800 profit
500 candles = $4,500 profit

The 16 oz Glass Jar Soy Candles comes with a Glass Flat Lid. It is approximately 4 1/2" tall and 4" in diameter. It has 2 wicks and will burn approximately 70 hours.

READY TO GET STARTED?  Follow the steps below:

IT'S EASY!!

1)  Fill out the form below and submit to Dallas Soy Candles.  Then we will contact you to gather more information to develop a plan to assist you in obtaining your financial goals.  Also, you can e-mail us at customerservice@dallassoycandles.com   or call us at 469-322-3500 to request additional information. Our goal is to assist you in making your fund raiser a success!
 
2)  Select a financial goal of what you want to achieve and decide on a start date. 

3)  Have your fund raising coordinator contact Dallas Soy Candles so we can discuss your specific needs.    If you  would like samples, we can ship you some.  Then decide on the 6 scents you want to sell for your fundraiser.  Before we can start preparing your packets, a fundraising agreement and a tax exempt form will need to be filled out and faxed to Dallas Soy Candles at 469-322-2646.  Then let us know how many packets will be needed for each participant.  We will supply order forms, scent samples and brochures for all participants in the fund raiser. 

4)  Participants simply take orders for 2 to 3 weeks, collect the money at this time, and turn the orders and money into the organization by the due date.  Then the coordinator will tally up the master order form and submit it with your payment to Dallas Soy Candles while keeping your profit upfront!!.  A minimum of 100 candles is required.  Also, if you wish, you may order candles in advance to sell upfront or to display.

5)  All orders in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex will have free delivery.  Outside of the DFW area, you will  have free shipping if the order is at least 500 candles and above.    Each case will be labeled as to what scent is inside.
